Day 04:- Haridwar to Rishikesh

Day-5: Haridwar
Early morning yoga schedule as day 03. After that leave for Chandi Devi Temple. Back to the ashram/ resort for lunch and then in the afternoon visit the other places of interest or just relax in the resort. Day-6: Haridwar - Rajaji National Park
After the morning yoga session leave for a date with the jungle. Reach Rajaji National Park and on arrival visit the settlement of "Gujjars" a local tribe. Just see the lifestyle of local people who live inside the jungle and are one of the most friendly of all Indian tribes. Spend the morning with them and then come out to have lunch. In the afternoon and evening leave for Elephant safari in the Rajaji National Park. If one is lucky then you can spot a big cat like a tiger or leopard or wild Asian elephants, along with the antelopes, spotted deers, sambhars, wild baors, jungle fowls, porcupine, wolf, jackals, and a score of migratory birds. Day-7: Haridwar
Morning session of yoga and after breakfast sitting with yoga teacher to rectify your mistakes in practicing yoga. Also sit with our astrologer in the afternoon. Day-8: Haridwar - Rishikesh
After a morning yoga session leave for Rishikesh and visit the various ashrams. This town is famous world over for its spiritual significance after "The Beatles" stayed here for a month in the seventies for meditation. In the evening check-in our own rafting beach camp, right on the riverbanks. Dinner with bon fire at camp.


Day-9: Rishikesh
Early morning yoga session without the yoga teacher. Just practice what you learnt in Haridwar. After breakfast leave for a date with the river wild. Take on the rapids up to grade III on a stretch of 18 kms and then finish the day at camp to take lunch. Afternoon free to sunbath at beach camp. Dinner with bonfire at camp.


Day-10: Rishikesh - Delhi
After breakfast drive to Delhi and on arrival transfer to hotel. Evening at leisure. Overnight stay in Delhi.

Day 03 : Shivpuri - Rudraprayag
Early morning you have the option to hike or take kayak lessons. After lunch proceed to Rudraprayag, enroute stop at Devprayag to see the confluence of the Alaknanda and the Bhagirathi which meet to form the Ganga. Overnight in the hotel.

Day 04 : Rudraprayag - Maletha Beach
Morning after breakfast get yourself ready to begin the expedition. A detailed safety briefing follows with instructions on paddling commands, rapids to be encountered etc. Expedition begins with a big Grade IV rapid, "The Holy Hole", at the confluence with the Mandakini. Rapids keep coming in quick succession.

Soak in the sun, river and scenery, staying alert to help negotiate rapids. Lunch at a waterfall and continue to make camp for the night after Srinagar. Long day on the river, covering about 36 river kms till Maletha beach. Campfire dinner and overnight at Maletha Beach

Day 05 : Maletha Beach - Beas Ghat
Morning after breakfast raft down to Devprayag the confluence of the Alaknanda & Bhagirathi rivers. Camp at Beas Ghat, a famous fishing spot for the Mahseer also called the Ganga Gold. Overnight at Beas Ghat

Day 06 : Beas Ghat - Kaudiyala
Your day begins with few rapids. A day for swimming, body surfing, relaxing and spotting wildlife. Make 30 kms to reach camp below Kaudiyala, after running a couple of Grade IV rapids, "Daniel's Dip" and "The Wall". Overnight at camp below Kaudiyala

Day 07 : Kaudiyala - Shivpuri
Day begins with negotiating a few small rapids, followed by "Three Blind Mice", "Crossfire", and the "Body Surfing rapid". Cover 15 kms to reach Shivpuri and drive back to Silver Sands for the last night on river.

Day 08 : Shivpuri - Rishikesh - Delhi
Drive down to Shivpuri after breakfast to begin the final day's run with big rapids, the "Roller Coaster" and "Golf Course" to make it an exciting end to a grand adventure. The trip ends near Rishikesh-lunch and depart for Delhi.

Day 01: Delhi – Haridwar
Morning pick up from Delhi hotel and straight drive to Haridwar. Arrive Haridwar & check in to hotel. Afternoon visit various temples including Pareshwar Mahadev Temple, Daksha Mahadev Temple and Mansa Devi Temple. Evening visit Har-ki-Pauri (the footstep of God)- one of the most sacred ghats in India. People say that this ghat was built by Vikramaditya in memory of his brother Bhartrihari. Day 02: Haridwar - Rishikesh - Delhi

Dhara, is highly effective in conditions of insomnia, hormonal imbalances – pre and postmenopausal management, senility, hypertension, migraine and other stress related problems, calming the mind & soothing the senses.

Udwarthanam - For obesity & slimming programme

The Kizhi treatments are done only after sufficient tuning or preparation of the system with vigorous Abhyangam or synchronized massage. Haridwar has very rich ancient religious and cultural heritage. In the ancient scriptures of India, this place is well known by the name of Mayapur. This city is also well known for many other things apart from the holy river Ganges. Haridwar has privilege of having IIT at Roorkee, formerly known as University of Roorkee, founded in 1847 as a first technical institute of India.

The city has one of the "navratna PSUs of India" i.e BHEL (Bharat Heavy Electricals India Ltd.). The tomb Piran Kaliar of Shabir Shahib in Roorkee is a living example of religious harmony in India which is visited by the people of all religious sects from all over the world. There is another University in the city called Gurukul Kangri Vishva Vidyalaya apart from the head quarter of Uttaranchal State Public Service Commission also being established at Haridwar. Besides this, Kumbh fair is organized at the interval of every 12 years in this city in which about 1 crore pilgrims from all over the world participate.

"Among the many pilgrimages that dot the length of the Ganga, Haridwar ranks among the most holy in the land " Accroding to Hindu mythology Haridwar was known as Kapilsthan.

Lagend has it that the ancestors of Raja Bhagirath, were consumed by fire at this spot following a cused of rishi Kapil. For their salvation Raja Bhhagirath requested the ganga to descend on Earth. Haridwar is also famous by the names of gangadwar, Mokshadwar, Tapovan and Mayapuri. It is at Haridwar that the Ganga finaly energes into the northern plains. The Kumbh and the Ardh Kumbh melas also take place here every 12 th & 6th year.



Har ki Pauri
King Vikramaditya constructed this sacred Ghat in memory of his brother Bhatrihari who it is believed had come to Haridwar to meditate on the banks of the Ganga. This ghat later came to be known as Har-Ki-Pauri (also called Brahamakund). At twilight, golden hues of floral diyas reflected in the river Ganga present the most enchanting sight. The imprint of Lord Hari’s footprint hallows the riverbank temple here. The ghat is regarded the most sacred and auspicious point to bathe in the Ganga during the 12 year Kumbh and the 6 year Ardh Kumbh.

Sapt Rishi Ashram and Sapt Sarovar
According to legend the Saptarshis (seven sages) were deep in meditation here. The Ganga, not wanting to disturb them split herself into seven streams (Sapt Sarovar) around them.

Mansa Devi Temple
The temple of Goddess Mansa Devi is situated at the top of Bilwa Parwat. The rope-way with its brightly coloured cable cars take devotees to the old hilltop of Mansa Devi.

Chandi Devi Temple
The Chandi Devi temple at the top of Neel Parvat on river Ganga’s banks was built in1929 A.D. by the King of Kashmir-Suchat Singh. A three kilometers trek from Chandighat, it is believed that the main statue was established by the Adi Shankaracharya in 8th century AD. It is at a distance of six kilometers on Neel Parvat on the other bank of River Ganga.

Maya Devi Temple
This is an ancient temple of Maya Devi the Adhisthatri deity of Hardwar, known as one of the Siddhapethas. Said to be the places where the hearts and navel of Goddess Sati had fallen.

Daksha Mahadev Temple
The ancient temple of Daksha Mahadev stands in the south Kankhal town. Mythology has it that King Daksha Prajapati, father of Sati (Lord Shiva's first wife) performed yagya at this place, but didn’t invite Lord Shiva (Mahadev). Feeling insulted, Sati burnt herself in the yagya kund. Provoked by this, the ganas (followers) of Lord Shiva killed King Daksha. Later, Lord Shiva brought him back to life.

Rishikesh, also known as the 'place of sages' is Haridwar, at the confluence of the Chandrabhaga and Ganga. It is believed that God by the name of 'Hrishikesh' had appeared as an answer to the hard penances by Rabhiya Rishi and henceforth the place derived its name. It is the starting point for the Char dham pilgrims but also for the people who are interested in meditation, yoga and other aspects of Hinduism.

For the adventure seekers, rishikesh is the suggested place for starting their trekking expeditions to the Himalayan peaks and for rafting. Also, International Yoga Week which attracts participation form across the world, is held here, every year, in February on the banks of the Ganga.

Rishikesh is one of the most popular pilgrim centres and gateway to the Himalayan Shrines of Badrinath, Kedarnath, Gangotri and Yamunotri. The Yoga Centres of Rishikesh have enhanced the significance of the place. From this point on, the great Ganges leaves behind her mountain home and enters the vast plains of Northern India.



Bharat Mandir
The Bharat Mandir is the oldest temple in Rishikesh, near the Triveni Ghat. This temple is dedicated to Bharat, the younger brother of Lord Ram.

Kailash Niketan Temple
This is the main temple at Laxman Jhool and one can see the sculptures of all Gods and Goddesses in this thirteen storey mansion.

Satya Narayan Temple
The idol of Lord Satyanarayan has been enshrined inside the temple located enroute to Rishikesh, 10 kms. away from Hardwar. The visitors use this place as a station to halt for a casual worship.

Shatrughan Temple
This is an ancient temple dedicated to Shatrughan, Lord Ram's brother and is situated 5 kms. away from Rishikesh.

Neelkanth Mahadev
The Neelkanth Temple is situated on top of a hill across the Ganga. According to mythodology, after the Sagar Manthan Lord Shiva drank all the effluent venom here, which turned his throat blue, hence the name Neelkanth

Tourist is advised is not to carry any precious items while in tour.
Tourist can enroll his/her names for the tours by paying initial advance. The balance amount must reach Delhi Office at least 5 days before scheduled departure of the tour without waiting for reminder from our side. If the full amount is not paid in the time the company reserves the right to cancel the bookings with consequent loss of deposit and apply the cancellation charges.
Tourist travel at their own risk. Neither the tour operator nor their representative or staff accept any liability or responsibility for an kind of risk, theft, delay, damages, loss, injury, accident, death etc. during their tour howsoever it might have caused.
The operator has also right to cancel at any time any or all the tours announced without assigning any reason whatsoever. In such case the operator's responsibility will be only to refund the amount by such passengers, without any compensation whatsoever.
The hotels are subject to change without prior notice.
The seats in the bus are allotted on "first comr first serverd basis" at the time of booking of the tour.
If there is any loss or damage by any passengers to the property of the hotel, bus, tour, operator or any other concerned parties or person during the tour then such passengers have to compensate the concerned parties or person for the same immediately.
During sightseeing we will take the bus /car up to the point it is allowed or can be taken. There offer if any vehicle or other arrangements are to be made then the expenses should be paid by the passengers only.
Timings mentioned in the itinerary for the bus/car tour are only estimated time for the sake of knowledge. There are always chances of delay in arrival at the destination due to various reasons.
Refunds, if any, will be given after a periods of ten days from the date of claim. Refunds will be paid only by cheque and only against receipts.
Due to unavoidable circumstanmces, if there is aloes in the stay of hotel or sightseeing or missed then no refund will be granted to the passengers in this respect.
If any passengers decide to break their journey after commencement of the tour, they can do so, but no refund for the balance periods of the tour will be granted to them and their all onwards journey arrangements will be the sole responsibility of such passengers only.
